BigHedi was founded by technologists who had spent years delivering complex enterprise software — and grew frustrated watching organisations spend millions on systems that were already obsolete by the time they launched.

We started BigHedi to do it differently. AI-first from the first line of code. Modelled against real outcomes. Delivered by people who have sat on both sides of the table.

Who founded BigHedi and when was it established?
BigHedi Pty Ltd was founded in 2026 by practitioners who had spent years delivering complex software inside large enterprise organisations. The company was established on the premise that AI-first architecture — not AI retrofitted onto legacy systems — is the only approach that produces software capable of keeping pace with modern organisational demands.
What makes BigHedi different from other software consultancies?
Three things distinguish us: we are exclusively AI-first (we do not maintain legacy practices or deliver non-AI software), we are deliberately small (every client works directly with senior practitioners, not a staffed-up delivery pyramid), and we model outcomes before we build (every engagement starts with a discovery phase that produces a validated architecture before a line of production code is written).
Is BigHedi able to work in regulated and security-sensitive environments?
Yes. Our team holds or is eligible for Australian Government security clearances and we are experienced with ASD ISM controls, IRAP assessment processes, and the delivery requirements of regulated industries. We also serve commercial enterprise clients with strong information-security postures. We maintain on-site capability in Canberra and capital cities for sensitive engagements, and all work is performed within Australia.
